When the contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we email you a dispatch confirmation. Until then no contract exists, and we may decline an order.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars. Almost every single card on this site is a one-of-one listing. If an item sells while you are checking out, we will tell you.
Payment
Payment is completed using the method you choose at checkout. We never receive a card number. The order stays awaiting payment until we confirm the transfer.
Delivery
Delivery terms are in the shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellation and returns
See the returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Product descriptions
Condition grades are assigned against our published condition scale. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Card values change and may fall.
