What this shop is
PokemonsCards.com sells three things: individual Pokémon cards, unopened sealed Pokémon TCG product, and the storage and protection gear that keeps both in the condition you bought them in.
We are an independent retailer. We do not manufacture cards, we are not a licensee, and we have no relationship with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Niantic, Scopely, TCGplayer or TCG Collector. Where those names appear on this site, they appear because they identify a product, a game or a reference we point you to — not because they endorse us.
How we describe what we sell
Two things drive almost every complaint in this hobby: a card that arrives in worse condition than the listing implied, and sealed product that turns out to have been opened. We try to remove both.
- Every single is graded by hand against our published condition scale. The definition of each grade is public, so "Near Mint" means a specific, checkable thing rather than a seller's opinion.
- Cards graded below Near Mint are photographed as the actual card, front and back — never a stock image.
- Sealed product is described with the seal condition and any outer-box shelf wear recorded separately, because those are two different things a collector cares about.
- Where a fact about a card comes from an outside source, the listing records that source and the date it was checked.
What we do not do
- We do not fabricate reviews or ratings. If a product page shows no reviews, it is because nobody has left one.
- We do not present generated or fan artwork as authentic Pokémon product imagery.
- We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, proxy or reprinted cards presented as genuine. See our authenticity promise for what we check.
- We do not scrape pricing or catalog data from other retailers.
