How do I know the condition of a card before I buy it?

Every single is graded by hand against our published condition scale and the grade is shown on the product page. Cards graded below Near Mint are photographed as the actual card, front and back. If a card arrives in worse condition than its grade describes, return it and we pay the postage.

Are the cards on this site genuine?

Yes. Every card is inspected before listing and again before dispatch. If any card you receive is not genuine we refund the full price and the return postage, with no time limit.

Can I buy without creating an account?

Yes. Guest checkout requires only an email address and a delivery address.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery after dispatch typically takes two to five business days for singles and three to six for sealed product.

How much is shipping?

Standard US shipping is $4.99 for singles and accessories and $8.99 for sealed product. Shipping is free on orders over $75. We currently ship within the United States only.

How are cards packed?

Singles are sleeved, placed in a rigid top loader and secured inside a mailer. Cards above $200 are double-sleeved and shipped in a box. Sealed product is double-boxed with void fill.

What is the return window?

Thirty days from delivery. We pay return postage when an item was misdescribed, damaged in transit, not genuine, or the wrong item. Sealed product must still be sealed to be returned.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, at any point before it ships, by emailing us with your order number. The full amount is refunded.

What is the difference between a booster box and an Elite Trainer Box?

A booster box is 36 booster packs from one expansion. An Elite Trainer Box has fewer packs — usually nine — plus sleeves, dice, damage counters, Energy cards and a storage box.

Why are singles usually better value than packs?

If you want one specific card, buying it as a single removes the odds and is almost always cheaper than opening product until it appears. Packs are worth buying when the experience of opening them is the point.
