The free-shipping threshold is measured on the order subtotal after any discount is applied.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before 16:00 ET on a business day are usually picked the same day. Dispatch takes one to two business days; delivery after dispatch is typically two to five business days for singles and three to six for sealed product. Estimates are business days and exclude public holidays.
How we pack
- Singles are sleeved, placed in a rigid top loader, and secured inside a bubble mailer or a rigid mailer so the card cannot move.
- Cards above $200 are double-sleeved and shipped in a box rather than a mailer.
- Sealed product is double-boxed with void fill so the product packaging does not touch the outer box.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. The tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected, and is also shown on the track order page.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address given at checkout. If an address is wrong, contact us before dispatch and we will correct it. Once a parcel has been collected by the carrier we cannot change the destination.
International
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
