All orders placed on our website are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders submitted after 12 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday morning. Please note that processing time refers to the period we spend carefully picking, inspecting, and packaging your items before handing them over to the shipping carrier. It does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Windows

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to accommodate your needs and budget. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and begin once your order leaves our facility. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in delivery estimates for most services.

Packaging and Protection Standards

We take extraordinary measures to ensure your cards arrive in the same flawless condition they left our facility. Our packaging process is meticulous and tailored to the type of item you order.

For raw, ungraded cards, we begin by placing the card in a soft penny sleeve to protect the surface from scratches. It is then inserted into a rigid top loader for structural support. For higher-value raw cards, we add an additional layer of protection by placing the top loader inside a sturdy card holder or team bag before sealing it in a padded bubble mailer or small box.

For graded cards encased in slabs, we implement our double-boxing method. The slab is first wrapped in protective foam or bubble wrap, then placed inside a custom-fit box with foam inserts to prevent any movement during transit. That box is then placed inside a larger outer shipping box with additional padding on all sides. Every single package we send is clearly labeled as fragile and is fully insured for its total value, giving you complete peace of mind.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships from our facility, we will send you a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. Most carriers also offer optional text or email alerts for status updates. For orders valued at $500 or more, we require a signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the package reaches you safely and does not remain unattended.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that unforeseen issues can occasionally occur during transit. Because all orders are fully insured, we are prepared to handle these situations promptly and fairly.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond 30 days from the shipment date, please contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier. If your package arrives and the outer box shows visible signs of damage, we strongly recommend that you do not open it. Instead, take clear photographs of the box from multiple angles showing the damage, then carefully open it and photograph the contents inside. You must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@pokemonscards.com with your order number and all relevant photographs. Once we receive your claim, we will file a formal investigation with the carrier and arrange for a full replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We rely on the accuracy of the shipping information you provide during checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address you entered was incorrect, incomplete, or missing apartment or suite numbers, we will contact you to confirm the correct details. A reshipping fee of $15 will apply to cover the cost of return postage and redelivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During highly anticipated Pokémon set releases, such as new Scarlet & Violet expansions, as well as major shopping events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season in December, our order volume increases significantly. During these peak periods, processing times may be extended by 1 to 3 business days beyond our standard window.
