Shipping policy

At Pokémon Card Gems, we understand that your cards are more than just collectibles — they’re memories, investments, and treasures. That’s why we treat every order with the utmost care, precision, and speed.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.

International delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Delays due to customs, holidays, or local postal services are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (U.S.):
    • Orders under $50: $4.99
    • Orders $50–$199: Free shipping
    • Orders $200+: Free expedited shipping (2-day)
  • International:
    • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.
    • All international customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or VAT.

Packaging & Protection

Every card is handled with museum-grade care:

  • Raw cards: Placed in a soft sleeve → top loader → rigid card holder → padded envelope or box
  • Graded cards (slabbed): Double-boxed in custom foam inserts with bubble wrap
  • All packages are labeled “Fragile” and insured for full value

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Most carriers offer real-time updates. For high-value orders ($500+), signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are fully insured. If your package is lost, delayed beyond 30 days, or arrives damaged:

  1. Do not open the package if visibly damaged — take photos immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@pokemongems.com with your order number and photos.
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your item promptly.

Address Errors

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, a $15 reshipping fee will apply. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During major releases (e.g., Pokémon Scarlet & Violet expansions) or holidays (Black Friday, Christmas), processing and shipping times may be extended by 1–3 business days. We’ll notify you if delays occur.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our [Return Policy] page for details on returns. Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind on sealed products unless defective or misrepresented.
